Our Mediators

Angelina Boneva-Petrova is an attorney-at-law, mediator, and PhD candidate specializing in private international law. Currently, she is an Associate at DGKV, Bulgaria and serves as court mediator at Sofia City Court and as a mediator at the Ministry of Justice in Bulgaria. Academically, Angelina is pursuing a PhD at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, where her research focuses on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, as well as is pursuing a CAS degree in International Arbitration at the Swiss Arbitration Academy and an intensive Advanced Arbitration Academy for Eastern Europe, organized by the International Chamber of Commerce.

Angelina has earned an LL.M. in International Contracts and Arbitration from the University of Fribourg. She has further honed her expertise through specialized courses at The Hague Academy of International Law, as well as the Arbitration Lab, the Paris Arbitration Academy, the Ravenna University of Bologna Summer Academy on cross-border litigation and arbitration and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
